花西子道歉,但网友不买账……
9月19日17时许,花西子官方微博发布道歉声明,称感激人人一向以来对花西子的存眷和支撑,抱愧我们来晚了,曩昔一周受到全网极大存眷,相关定见已充裕记录。
Florasis, a prominent Chinese cosmetics brand, has issued an official apology statement on their weibo account on Tuesday night. They expressed gratitude for continuous customer support and apologized for the delayed response to recent internet attention. The company acknowledged closely monitoring public feedback during this period.

感激人人对花西子的存眷。
朴拙地和人人说声抱愧,曩昔一周花西子受到了全网极大的存眷,我们坐卧不安、猝不及防,品牌此前也一向没有发声。这段时间里,我们络续接收人人的指摘、定见和建议。
非常抱愧,占用了过多的民众资源。感谢人人的鼓动,相关的定见我们已经充裕记录,团队也在一一比照、批改和提拔,秉承初心,为人人带来更好的产物、供应更好的办事。
这一次大局限的存眷和商议,是我们倾听分歧消费者真实声音的一个贵重机会,也是团队自我审视、从新出发的起点。无论是使用过我们产物,照样从未认识过我们产物的伙伴,都非常感激人人的存眷。
花西子创立于杭州,结缘西子湖,以花为姓,西子为名。研发中心、生产工场、纳税等都在国内,是一个地地道道的中国品牌。“扬东方之美,铸百年国妆”,这是花西子的品牌愿景。国货成长至今,生生不息,作为年青年头的中国彩妆品牌,花西子进展和人人配合讲好中国故事,传承东方之美。

The brand stated that the reason for not speaking up in the past week was to absorb public criticism, feedback, and suggestions. They also conveyed deep regret for overutilizing public resources and committed to delivering better products and services.
不外,在一项收集投票中,仅有19%的网友认为花西子的报歉“挺朴拙的”,其他近八成网友对花西子回应时间和回应内容有所不满,认为其并未说起价钱争议,回应时间也过晚。
此前报道 近日,在李佳琦带货一款花西子眉笔时,直播间有网友质疑“花西子的眉笔越来越贵了”。
当即,李佳琦力挺花西子,“不要胡说,眉笔一向79元,国货很难的。有时候找找本身原因,这么多年工资涨没涨,有没有卖力工作。”
9月11日,李佳琦在直播间报歉:“无论什么时候我都不该该忘怀,我来自哪里,也不该该迷失本身。”
Previously, the well-known e-commerce livestreaming host Li Jiaqi issued a video apology regarding a confrontation with a netizen during a livestream. When a netizen questioned the high price of Florasis eyebrow pencils, he retorted by asking if they had worked diligently and received a pay raise, which sparked significant controversy among netizens.
针对收集上有关花西子对李佳琦的返佣高达60%-80%,甚至是跨越100%等信息,花西子对记者透露,这均是不实大话,花西子与李佳琦的合作返佣比例属于行业平均水平。
Florasis has refuted online claims of offering Li Jiaqi exceptionally high commissions, stating that these are unfounded rumors. They emphasized that their commission rate for collaborating with Li Jiaqi aligns with industry averages.
网上有传闻称花西子为国外品牌,对此,花西子方面临记者透露,花西子是一家降生于杭州的国货美妆品牌,是100%的中国品牌。花西子品牌名中的“花”,取自“以花养妆”;“西子”则指的是西湖,灵感来自苏东坡的名句“欲把西湖比西子,淡妆浓抹总适宜”。
今朝花西子所有产物的生产制造地均在国内,经由当局立案并经由相关部门的严厉检测。
Regarding online rumors claiming Florasis is a foreign brand, Florasis clarified that it is a 100 percent Chinese cosmetics brand. All their products are made in China and undergo strict government registration and testing.
花西子在2019年与..某研究所有过短期产研和生产合作,跟着国内美妆研发及财富链的综合实力的持续上升,2020年已经住手与该研究所和相关工场的所有合作,今朝花西子的研发中心及生产工场100%都在国内。
花西子方面透露,就相关大话已向警方报案。
The brand specified that they had a short-term research and production partnership with a Japanese institution in 2019 but discontinued all cooperation with them and related factories in 2020. They have also reported the rumors to the police.
